We’re having a party for the launch of our travel books, and you’re invited.
The Traveler’s Handbooks, a shiny new series focused on how you like to see the world is set for the first of its international launch parties in New York.
The first five titles in the travel book series – The Career Break Traveler’s Handbook, by Jeff Jung, The Food Traveler’s Handbook, by Jodi Ettenberg, The Luxury Traveler’s Handbook by LiveShareTravel’s founders Sarah & Terry Lee, The Solo Traveler’s Handbook, by Janice Waugh and The Volunteer Traveler’s Handbook, by Shannon O’Donnell.
The Traveler’s Handbooks are a new style of travel books focused on the ways you like to see the world. Alongside tips and advice to make your trips more enjoyable, they have inspiring travel narratives.
The Traveler’s Handbooks are published by Full Flight Press, an independent publishing house formed by a group of travel writers and publishers – the authors of the five launch travel books.
We’re really excited to launch the travel book series at the wonderful Housing Works Bookstore Cafe, in New York City, which has established itself as a New York institution and tourist destination. And would love you to come along.
The event starts at 7.30pm, on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, and is free to attend.
Along with a chance to meet two of the handbook authors: Janice Waugh and Jodi Ettenberg there will be a travel question and answer session moderated by Alex Basek, founder of Fortnighter.
