Holidays are set to be all the sweeter as exchange company Dial An Exchange opens an office in Italy.
In a move to better service its European members, Dial An Exchange will open the office in Verona. And the company looks forward to significantly increasing the number of resorts it has in Italy, allowing members across the world to benefit from many of the fantastic holiday opportunities that the country can offer.
Principals Cristina Tosi and Renata Patara, are highly experienced timeshare professionals who set up their own business, Top Vacation Club, in the country.
They join Dial An Exchange with a wealth of knowledge about the unique requirements of the industry throughout Europe and the Italian timeshare market in particular.
Cristina said: “My focus is on establishing a top-class member services team – delivering on our promise to provide the industry’s best customer service, while Renata will be dedicated to recruiting new resort partners and members across the country.”
Renata said: “Italy desperately needs a new player in the timeshare market, and we are really looking forward to starting this new experience, full of challenges and big perspectives.”
Italian timeshare owners will now benefit from the advantages of dealing with professionals who know the Italian market intimately, and can be contacted in their own language on a domestic number.
Elsewhere in Europe, Dial An Exchange members will start to see more Italian resorts on offer in the company’s portfolio of resorts.
Dial An Exchange offers its members – timeshare and holiday home owners – a simple week-for-week exchange with no complicated rules or trading powers.
