A whole ownership property in the city known as the Pearl of the Adriatic is set to join The Registry Collection portfolio of exchange properties.
Dubrovnik Sun Gardens is situated 20 minutes from Dubrovnik’s old town and 45 minutes from the airport in what has become one of Croatia’s most popular destinations.
The development has 207 high-end one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with both garden and breathtaking sea-views of the Adriatic.
The luxurious residences have been inspired by internationally recognised interior designers Hirsch Bedner & Associates, and are equipped with modern appliances and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The Registry Collection’s latest property has one of the most comprehensive spas in the Adriatic, its own private beach, 13 bars and restaurants, three swimming pools, an extensive sports club, and a 201-room hotel.
Now in its third season, the new The Registry Collection affiliate is showing strong sales. Added to that, the first phase of a planned three-phase development will see the addition of another five-star 130-room hotel and a further 200 residential units.
Dubrovnik Sun Gardens is a whole ownership property rather than shared ownership, but buyers can now become members of The Registry Collection. This will allow them to exchange some time at Dubrovnik Sun Gardens for a stay at one of 180 other luxury properties around the world.
Majestic resort for The Registry Collection
Acting head of business development for The Registry Collection in Europe Matt Holmes said: “We are very pleased to welcome Dubrovnik Sun Gardens into The Registry Collection network. It is a majestic resort in a wonderful location and will be a tremendous addition to our collection of the very best vacation destinations.
“The resort’s fantastic location in an increasingly popular destination – which will get more popular when Croatia joins the EU in July 2013 – and excellent on-site amenities are sure to be a big hit with our members.”
